I receive about 3 calls from these guys a week despite warning them I am on the do not call list. The agents on the other side of the line, who appear to be calling from a call centre in India actuall mock you for warning them you are on the do not call list. I will be filing a formal complaint.

THIS COMPANY TELEMARKETS TO THE SAME HOUSE DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY. TELLING THEM TO STOP CALLING IS FUTILE. I WOULD SUE THEM IF I COULD. RIDICULOUS.

My last duct cleaning experience was much like this one. Great. "OR" did the work for me almost four years ago, and this time it was Paul. Just had a baby girl, so I knew it was necessary. I love the smell of the all-botanical sanitizing agent they use, too. (Benefect?) Thanks guys! See you at my parents' home in Toronto next month. Coffee and cookies, too.

These people are so RUDE...The keep calling my home..I told then to remove me from their calling list and they still keep calling!!!17 times in 3 weeks!!!! I had to pretend I was interested in-order to get their address..then i found them online.....RUDE!!!RUDE!!!RUDE!!!

Just received another call from "John" at Classic Air Duct Services, again asked them to not call me and just reported them to the National Do Not Call list again.
I tried to reverse lookup their phone number 289-315-3928, with no luck at all. What does that tell you about this company!

I would not recommend Simmco Vac to anyone any more. Over the years I have used their duct cleaning services and have given them other business. However, I have never checked their work until the last time they came. I found spider webs on and inside some of the vents - meaning that they were not cleaned, or otherwise they would not have been there. When I contacted them about this matter, they refused to clean them properly and were very unprofessional about the matter. They also installed a humidifier in our house that was leaking and condensing in our ventilation system, eventually leading to a hole in our ceiling. They were contacted about this matter and asked to come in but never did until I booked them for duct cleaning nearly a year later. By then the damage was done. Get another company!

Did a bit of research online and found some information on this company. Hired them for the job and was very impressed with the work. We had very bad experience with this company last year. They did a poor job on cleaning the ducts, and we noticed later that they only did half of the house, only cleaning one of the two main vents. Originaly they said it will be $120, but when they arrived they asked for $200. They were also supposed to clean the furnace, but they were not competent doing the job.After a month, we took appart one of the vents because I would still smell dust, and surely it was full of dust and woodchips inside. We ended up calling an other company to do the cleaning again.
Also very unprofessional people, after the bad experience, they are still trying to get our business, calling a few times a day, with different phone numbers, very rude and pushy.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned!

I did not have a positive experience with City Duct Cleaning. I hired them because of their Top Choice and Consumer Choice Awards. During the original discussion I was promised a "free washroom exhaust cleaning" as part of the duct cleaning service. When I asked the technician about the free washroom exhaust I was told that the promotion had been cancelled.

A month later, I had my air conditioner checked and found the furnace filter to be filthy. At the time of the duct cleaning, my furnace filter was not cleaned and I was not told that the filter needed to be replaced. I called City Duct Cleaning to complain and the owners offered to clean my ducts again. During the second cleaning, the owners did a great job and also offered to find the proper sized furnace filters. They quoted me a price of $41/filter so I ordered two. What they didn't tell me was that there was an additional $69 service fee for delivery of the filters. I was blind-sided by this amount as I could have ordered the filters from another supplier for $45/filter including shipping.

If you do hire them, make sure the services and fees are clarified upfront to avoid any surprises.

When we needed our ducts cleaned I began the search for a reputable service provider. After a considerable search I decided on OPADC...then I read the review posted by the dissatisfied customer. Concerned, I contacted OPADC and received a very open response, including an offer to send a different serviceman should I decide to use them. I decided to use the same serviceman and now know why he is considered their best. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Someone must have been having a bad day when the other customer used him! We will definitely be repeat OPADC customers.

I just had this company into my place. Very professional service overall from start to finish. The women who booked me explain the entire process emailed me a quote so I would have all information upfront. A crew of 3 people came to my house and walked me through the entire job and told me about other services I could have. I made the choice to take sanitizing as my house is very old. I heard allot of garbage going through the pipes. Took 2 hours and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Good Quality work at a fair price.

After living in my house for nearly 11 years, my wife finally broke me down and convinced me to get our ducts cleaned. I didn't want to spend a fortune so I did my checking through the net and deciced on The Environment People. They came with a big truck and two professionally dressed workers. 2 hours later, they showed me how much junk they removed from our ducts, I couldn't believe it. Nails, dust balls, pop tin, you name it, it was in there. They charged us just under $300.00, like the lady said it would be on the phone. I am quite happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting their ducts cleaned.
