Call another company. These guys were in an out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Was not impressed with their work. I opened the hole they made and looked in with a light and found crap still in my Duct Work.
I think many of these REVIEWS are by the owner of Eco.
Mark my be a Sheet metal tradesman but he is not a G2 Gas Tech and he can not touch furnaces.

I did not have a positive experience with City Duct Cleaning. I hired them because of their Top Choice and Consumer Choice Awards. During the original discussion I was promised a "free washroom exhaust cleaning" as part of the duct cleaning service. When I asked the technician about the free washroom exhaust I was told that the promotion had been cancelled.

A month later, I had my air conditioner checked and found the furnace filter to be filthy. At the time of the duct cleaning, my furnace filter was not cleaned and I was not told that the filter needed to be replaced. I called City Duct Cleaning to complain and the owners offered to clean my ducts again. During the second cleaning, the owners did a great job and also offered to find the proper sized furnace filters. They quoted me a price of $41/filter so I ordered two. What they didn't tell me was that there was an additional $69 service fee for delivery of the filters. I was blind-sided by this amount as I could have ordered the filters from another supplier for $45/filter including shipping.

If you do hire them, make sure the services and fees are clarified upfront to avoid any surprises.

When we needed our ducts cleaned I began the search for a reputable service provider. After a considerable search I decided on OPADC...then I read the review posted by the dissatisfied customer. Concerned, I contacted OPADC and received a very open response, including an offer to send a different serviceman should I decide to use them. I decided to use the same serviceman and now know why he is considered their best. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Someone must have been having a bad day when the other customer used him! We will definitely be repeat OPADC customers.

I just had this company into my place. Very professional service overall from start to finish. The women who booked me explain the entire process emailed me a quote so I would have all information upfront. A crew of 3 people came to my house and walked me through the entire job and told me about other services I could have. I made the choice to take sanitizing as my house is very old. I heard allot of garbage going through the pipes. Took 2 hours and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Good Quality work at a fair price.

After living in my house for nearly 11 years, my wife finally broke me down and convinced me to get our ducts cleaned. I didn't want to spend a fortune so I did my checking through the net and deciced on The Environment People. They came with a big truck and two professionally dressed workers. 2 hours later, they showed me how much junk they removed from our ducts, I couldn't believe it. Nails, dust balls, pop tin, you name it, it was in there. They charged us just under $300.00, like the lady said it would be on the phone.
