I I had Eco duct cleaning in yesterday June 18th to clean our ducts. We had a flood and this was the company the insurance company sent . We have had our ducts cleaned in the past with other companies, and felt like they left a mess behind for me to clean. Eco duct cleaning did a fantastic job at our place and we now will use them in the future. They are the sub contractor for service master (insurance restoration) and as far as my family is concerned a good company ! Will recommend this company to our friends and family. Call another company. These guys were in an out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Was not impressed with their work. I opened the hole they made and looked in with a light and found crap still in my Duct Work. I think many of these REVIEWS are by the owner of Eco. Mark my be a Sheet metal tradesman but he is not a G2 Gas Tech and he can not touch furnaces.

I bought coupon from deal save, it worked great! Don't believe the bad reviews, it's to bad people write bad reviews about a company that they haven't used! Eco duct was on time and did a great job, for the best price !

Had Mark here late November, wasn't overly impressed. He was on his own, stayed just over an hour and just blew air down each vent, no brush or robot actually cleaning the walls of the ducts and certainly no video to prove the cleanliness of them. He didn't remove the intake vents and again just blew the air with a compressor hose. Got the kijiji deal @ $39 and he charged $7/vent thereafter. Guess you get what you pay for, didn't notice a decrease in dust after the clean.

I have made a number of attempts to contact this company...all to no avail. It would appear that my problem is shared by looking at some of the reviews online. This chap Mark Luffman might do a good cleaning job but he certainly isn't doing much of a PR job re. communicating! I want to cancel my service but cannot. I appear not to be able to cancel the payment with MC either.....buyer beware!!
